The spacious living/dining room features a Smart TV, a cosy wood burner, and French doors that open onto the garden, creating a bright and inviting space. The kitchen includes a breakfast area and is fully equipped with an electric oven, electric hob, microwave, fridge/freezer, and dishwasher. A separate toilet is also located on this floor for convenience. The property has two well-appointed bedrooms, both with en-suite facilities. Bedroom 1 offers a zip-and-link double bed (4ft 6in), which can be adjusted to twin beds if needed, along with an en-suite featuring a cubicle shower and toilet. Bedroom 2 has a zip-and-link kingsize bed (5ft), also adaptable to twin beds, and an en-suite with a bath, shower over, heated towel rail, and toilet. Outside, the courtyard is furnished with garden furniture, offering a relaxing outdoor space. Guests also have access to a shared 2-acre paddock, which includes an unfenced pond approximately 100 yards away. Private parking is available for two cars. This beautifully renovated barn conversion is set in the heart of the peaceful village of Hemingby, just a short stroll down the lane to the local pub, which serves excellent food and drinks. Renovated in 2023, the property provides ample space for two couples or a small family, with both bedrooms featuring en-suite facilities. The ground floor boasts a large living/dining area with a log burner for cosy nights in, a welcoming hallway, and a fully equipped kitchen.
